Angela Taylor has over 27 years’ experience within the industry as a professional skin care therapist, educator, and leader. During her time with Dermalogica she has been responsible for growing, developing, and heading up education across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, recently transitioning into the role of Education Director for UK/IRE. Within her role as Education Director, she uses her expertise and experience to lead a department of talented individuals to deliver skill set training whilst innovating and evolving education across all channels of our industry to achieve business success. Angela has a passion for education and the opportunity, options, and financial success this provides professionals in our industry.

As an Education Manager for Dermalogica UK, Lesley Corridan shares her highly advanced therapy skills and twenty plus years’ industry experience in a fast-paced training environment. Lesley oversees implementation of education to Dermalogica trade accounts and in Further Education colleges.  Lesley also works with a team of Training Managers who ensure all Dermalogica Educators across the UK consistently deliver exceptional training to the highest standard. Lesley is a vibrant personality with a zest for elevating skin therapy standards through great education. She is a dynamic speaker who has presented for The International Dermal Institute and Dermalogica globally.  

With 30 years’ experience in professional skin care and skin care education, Candice Gardner is an active advocate for technical and vocational training and participates widely in standards development and employer steering to advance the Beauty, Aesthetics and Wellbeing sector. Candice advises for various industry organizations, including BABTAC, and was co-opted to Council for the City & Guilds of London Institute. Candice is the Education Taskforce Lead on the British Beauty Council’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. As Education Manager for Learning and Content at skincare brand Dermalogica, she oversees development and delivery of learning, and is UK technical lead on product, service, and professional practice standards.

Janelle Couto has over 20 years’ experience working in the industry both hands on and in a training and development capacity. Janelle is passionate about education and elevating professional skin therapists and upskilling them to meet the needs of an evolving industry. As Skills Development Manager Janelle is responsible for developing and delivering regulated qualification awards in microneedling and chemical peels industry wide and guiding Dermalogica’s internal company Upskill Programmes for their professional skin therapist staff, including Level 4 qualification in chemical peels and microneedling, and Level 3 Apprenticeships.

As an Education Training Executive, Sarah dedicates her expertise to supporting Dermalogica business partners, driving continued commercial success in the ever-evolving skincare industry. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her extensive knowledge, honed through 20 years hands- on experience. Sarah’s passion lies in the realm of advanced skin services, a commitment underscored by her attainment of a CIBTAC L4 qualification in chemical peels and microneedling. Sarah comprehends the fast-paced dynamics of the skincare industry and empathizes with the challenges faced by businesses in this field. Her ability to connect with business partners is a testament to her commitment to facilitating their success and helping them achieve the recognition they deserve.

Emma Dormor boasts over 20 years of invaluable experience in the beauty industry, with a remarkable 9-year tenure at Dermalogica. Her journey began in retail, where she swiftly advanced to the education department, initially as an Educator. Emma's commitment and expertise elevated her to the role of Senior Educator, and today, she serves as a Regional Education Supervisor. Driven by her unwavering passion for education and skills development, she has dedicated herself to the pursuit of empowering individuals to reach their utmost potential. From the outset, she recognizes the transformative impact of honing one's skill set, and this awareness has been the cornerstone of her journey.

With a decade of industry expertise as a seasoned professional skin therapist and educator, Hannah is passionate about giving professionals the tools to be successful and providing detailed-orientated content to make informed decisions. Armed with qualifications including CIBTAC's Level 4 Diploma in Chemical Skin Peeling and Micro-Needling, Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Dermaplaning Treatments, and TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training, she is dedicated to elevating skincare practices. Renowned for her ability to test protocols, develop service standards and critically assess practices, much like Dermalogica’s mission, Hannah’s journey is rooted in excellence and education.

With over 20 years industry experience, Kathryn is driven by elevating professional skin therapists to enable them to reach their business and personal success. Kathryn is responsible for the strategic planning, organisation, and execution of education across regions of the UK. Kathryn evaluates the results of education, identifies gaps and opportunities, and creates strategies to drive further success. Kathryn works closely with a team of Supervisors to review the performance of Educators and build training programmes to ensure a high standard of education delivery with measurable results. With a people-orientated approach, Kathryn invests her energies in supporting both professionals attending Dermalogica education and the teams she mentors, achieve their full potential by fostering an environment of growth, confidence, and connectedness.

With over 10 years' experience in professional skincare education and operations Gladys is passionate about raising the standards of the profession and growing business acumen of practicing skin therapists through education. Gladys holds qualifications from CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC and has a strong business management background holding an MBA and a BSc in Economics. As the Education Curriculum Development Executive for Dermalogica UK, Gladys is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of curriculum and content that drives professional and commercial success in our qualified and undergraduate skin therapist communities.

Cherie Ramsay has accumulated over two decades of experience in the skincare industry. During this time, she has successfully managed a top-rated skin centre in South Africa. Her commitment to education led her to spend over a decade teaching future therapist at a college in London. During this period, she achieved a Diploma in lifelong learning, assessing, and lead internal quality assurance. Cherie holds a Level 4 qualification in aesthetic practice and Advanced electrolysis, showcasing her expertise in these specialized areas. In addition to her teaching roles, she is an entrepreneur, owning her own business where she personally performs the various treatments she teaches. Currently, Cherie serves as a Skills Development Executive at Dermalogica. In this role, she plays a key part in facilitating Dermalogica's internal upskilling process. This process aims to further educate staff, enabling them to attain higher Ofqual regulated qualifications for advanced services. This initiative has been recognized and honoured with a Princess Royal Training Award, highlighting its excellence in training and development.
