Victoria Brownlie MBE is chief policy and sustainability officer at the British Beauty Council, previously acting as director of policy and public affairs at the National Hair and Beauty Federation. She has more than 15 years' experience influencing government policy. Brownlie is a member of the Steering Committee of the Council’s Sustainable Beauty Coalition, driving positive environmental change across the hair, beauty and personal care industry.
