3D-lipo extends business development initiative to Scotland

Following its success in the England, 3D-lipo has expanded its business development programme into Scotland, to help clinics and salons maximise their return on investment and treatment revenue.

3D-lipo's business development initiative was first launched in May 2019.

Mandy McCulloch is the latest member to join 3D-lipo's team of business development managers (BDMs) and will be working across the whole of Scotland, available for dedicated onsite appointments with both new and existing clients.

Over the past nine months, the network of business development managers at 3D-lipo have added a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and dedication to the team at 3D, adding a new dimension of client-facing support. 

New to the team, McCulloch has over 20 years of experience within the retail industry for beauty brands, and has previously worked as regional manager for Clinique, national sales manager for Smashbox and over recent years has played key roles to assist in the launch of global brands to the UK market including Fenty Beauty, and Kat Von D. 

McCulloch said, “From all of my experience, my main lesson has been that you should always imagine walking in your customer's shoes. If you put your customers first, everything else tends to fall into place."

Scott Julian, national sales manager at 3D-lipo, adds, “We are delighted to have Mandy representing 3D-lipo in Scotland and Northern England. As business development manager, Mandy will be utilising her industry experience and business acumen to further support our customers to maximise their return on investment and treatment revenues.”

3D-lipo's dedicated fleet of five business development managers cover England, Wales and Scotland, and through this front-facing support, clients have the opportunity to maximise on the success of their clinics, as well as learning all about the company’s latest equipment range and products. 

The team of dedicated business development managers also provide clients with regular updates on the latest treatment protocols, equipment maintenance advice, and good working practice and will also offer exclusive access to advanced training, client workshops and equipment launch events. 

As a BDM at 3D-lipo, McCulloch will be available for dedicated appointments to discuss and present the latest treatment innovations from 3D, in addition to showing prospective clients how they can maximise client demand, enhance their clinics presence within your local area and how to increase lead generation.
