The Global Spa & Wellness Summit has added a hot springs forum to the programme for the 2013 event, held in New Delhi, India, October 5-7.
Attendees from a number of international markets, including China, Japan, India, the US, Europe and Australia and New Zealand, will gather to discuss best practice, profitability and future development for the hot springs resorts segment.
Topics covered at the forum, held on Monday October 7, will range from ways in which to bring hot springs facilities to developing countries to looking at how the best hot springs resorts in the world build successful and viable businesses. Forum co-organiser Charles Davidson, co-founder and director of Peninsula Hot Springs in Australia, said:
“Hot springs have been experiencing a renaissance in many countries around the world and the forum will give us a unique opportunity to look at ways of harnessing this growth and sharing the potential at a global level.”
