Rockliffe Hall unveils plans for spa garden
County Durham hotel spa Rockliffe Hall has announced plans to expand this year, introducing a spa garden with new hydrotherapy facilities and lounge areas.
The work on the 2,153sq ft garden has already begun, and is due to open to guests in the autumn. The facility will have two outdoor pools, including an infinity hydrotherapy pool and a Jacuzzi. There will be a decked lounge area with under-floor heating, and a new, garden-facing relaxation room with a sauna cabin, fire pit, and heated loungers.
To complement the new facilities, the spa team is working on new treatments and packages. Rockliffe Hall’s spa director, Liz Holmes, said, “This is a major redevelopment for Rockliffe Hall. The spa garden will really make the resort the go-to place in the North of England as it is going to be only one of its kind.”
