Spa My Blend by Clarins to open in the Maldives

A new Spa My Blend by Clarins is set to open as part of exclusive new luxury resort Vela Private Island in the Maldives on December 20. Occupying eight small islands within the resort, the spa features six private treatment villas – including two for couples – each located on its own private island and complete with its own changing and relaxation area. 

 

The spa will offer seven wellness programmes; Relax, Detox, Vitality, Under the Sun, Men’s Power Pack, Ever Young and Honeymoon, bookable for a three or seven-day duration. Amenities will include a yoga pavilion, a juice bar and an experience zone with sauna and steam room facilities, a relaxation area, a hair salon, a nail studio, a whirlpool and the first snow cave in the Maldives. 

 

The spa will also include the Wolke 7 Cloud 9 swaying relaxation pod, a holistic wellness concept developed in collaboration between German spa and wellness supplier KLAFS and Viennese artist and researcher Sha and offering guests a floating experience. 

 

Sporting and fitness amenities and activities at Vela Private Island will include personal training programmes, a golf course, tennis and squash courts, a beach volleyball court and a gym. The 20-hectares, 42 private villa, Maldives property, will also offer a range of water based activities, including diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking and kitesurfing.
