Successful third year for Professional Beauty Delhi

Last week’s Professional Beauty Delhi ended on a high, with the trade event drawing more than 13,000 visitors over the two days.

The show, which took place July 6-7, attracted more than 350 exhibitors, including skincare brands Phytomer, Remy Laure, Repêchage, Babor and Sally Hansen.

Makeup brands Kryolan, Make Up Studio Training Center also exhibited at the show, as did hair brands Tigi and Wella, among others.

Events at the busy show included makeup, nail and hair workshops and demonstrations, as well as a skin lounge with a skincare education programme.

The show also incorporated a focus on the bridal beauty market, hosting the Brides of India bridal competition and a bridal seminar held in conjunction with Indian spa and salon magazine Style Speak.

Vikas Vij, managing director of Professional Beauty India, said: “We’re delighted that all the hard effort the Professional Beauty team has put in over the last three years to give the Indian beauty and wellness industry a genuine international-quality trade show has paid off.

“We look forward to further working in partnership with the industry to grow what has become South Asia’s leading (beauty) trade show.”
