The House of Elemis opens in London
The House of Elemis opens its doors in London’s Mayfair today. Described by the brand as a “couture beauty house,” the new 300sqm flagship spa is located on the site of what was previously the Elemis Day Spa.
Centred on the concept behind the brand, a fusion of science and nature, the House of Elemis features five treatment rooms, of which one is dedicated to pregnancy massages. Each treatment room is equipped with the Elemis Skin Lab skin analysis system.
Noella Gabriel, managing director of Elemis, said: “The House of Elemis is about skin energy and nutrition. The skin is one organ, it doesn’t change from the neck down, so we respect both face and body at Elemis.”
Other facilities include a penthouse suite with a lounge area and two private treatment rooms. Guests in the penthouse can also take advantage of its spa concierge service, with assistance ranging from the booking of theatre tickets to dinner reservations.
The open space Speed Spa, which features four treatment chairs and two nail stations, offers 15 and 30-minute treatments for clients pressed for time. Treatments include facials and massages, options for the hands, feet and brows and treatments developed specifically for men.
Treatments on the main spa menu range from the anti-ageing Biotec selection of facials and the White Brightening Pigment Perfector facial to options combining face and body treatments.
The House of Elemis also features a retail shop, located in the reception area.
