Top speakers inspired the audience in the Professional Beauty Education Village
With four theatres and nine conferences from the industry's finest speakers, the brand new Education Village took place at Professional Beauty North 2012 covering all the hottest industry topics.
At the Social Media Conference attendees learnt on how to get the most out of free marketing tools from social media experts, while at the New Trends Conference our very own Eve Oxberry analysed with her panellists what it takes to set apart from the competition and what clients will be asking for in 2013 and beyond.
At the Business Skills Conference, expert speakers, which included PB Managing Director Mark Moloney, gave out advice on how to increase revenue and lower outgoings to help make 2013 a more profitable year.
The BABTAC Conference covered a variety of industry topics, while the Spa Owner and Manager Conference gave spa owners and senior managers an opportunity to learn from their peers among which editor of our brand new Professional Spa and Wellness iPad magazine Nora Elias.
The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa) run the Cool Peels Conference, aimed to educate beauty therapists as to how to treat problem skin, with an effective new peeling regime that doesn’t damage the skin.
On Monday the Aesthetic Medicine Conference covered some of the latest treatments and fundamental elements that can make the aesthetic business a real success. The Retail Conference was run by some of top names in the business explaining how to create an amazing point of sale, inspire and incentivise staff and boost the secondary spend.
Finally the Fake Bake conference was aimed to aid people in taking the next step to improving their income from tanning.
