Professional Beauty conducts surveys throughout the year to learn more about your interests and your opinions to give us valuable feedback so we can work harder in giving you what you want.

 

Here are a few things we found out from the Professional Beauty London 2013 survey:

·      51.2% those who completed the Professional Beauty survey were not particularly affected by the recession. However 48.8 % reported that the recession has influenced their business because of less clients, clients not as regular as before and that customers are now increasingly looking for discounts and mini treatments

·      70% of survey participants said that a visit to Professional Beauty London is fundamental in the process of specifying, purchasing and sourcing of new suppliers

·      The most common reasons for you attending the show this year was to see the latest innovations and new products

·      91% of you said you would like us to deliver a seminar programme for the next shows

·      92% of you would recommend Professional Beauty shows to colleagues

·      75.6% of you would consider Professional Beauty London as the most important event to attend
