Babtac & Cibtac reward members at annual awards

Members of Babtac and Cibtac gathered with professionals and beauty experts on Sunday to celebrate excellence in beauty therapy and training.

The Babtac & Cibtac Awards, held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington on Sunday, recognised salon and therapist members, as well as students and lecturers. The event was sponsored by brands including Sothys, Dermalogica and Clinogen.

The winners were:

Babtac Beauty Therapist of the Year – Jennifer Rock, County Dublin

Babtac & Cibtac Make-up Artist of the Year – Joginda Kour Kang, J. Kang Beauty Academy, Northampton

Babtac Salon of the Year - Totality Day Spa, Tring, Hertfordshire

Babtac Beauty Industry Entrepreneur of the Year - Faye Fasan, The Chelsea Day Spa, London

Cibtac Tutor of the Year - Anna Allington, Academia International, Banbury, Oxfordshire

Cibtac Student of the Year - Melanie Crosby, International School of Beauty, Cheshire

Babtac Nail Technician of the Year - Kirsty Ewins, Glitz Beauty, Guildford, Surrey

Cibtac Centre of the Year - Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education
