Build the future of your business at PB London

All programmes are CPD-accredited, featuring practical advice, demonstrations and Q&As from inspirational experts to help you grow your business and improve your skills.
Launching at the show is the Salon & Spa Networking Lunch, which encourages salon and spa owners, managers and sole traders to share their business challenges, ideas and solutions among like-minded professionals and industry experts with a view to helping individuals in the industry forge valuable relationships and support their business ventures.
Also new for this year are the Digital Skills seminars, which tackle all your online challenges such as finding clients on Facebook and how to make your website stand out from the crowd. The popular Business Skills and How To seminars are returning alongside programmes that cover an array of treatments and trends to keep you in-the-know, plus crucial topics such as recruitment and customer retention.
Each session will be run by an expert in their field; speakers on this year’s programme include Hellen Ward (MD of Richard Ward Brands), Sharmadean Reid MBE (founder of WAH Nails), James Harknett (celeb tanner and Fake Bake’s global tanning consultant), Natasha Lee (YouTuber) and Karen Betts (MD of Nouveau Beauty Group).
After success in Manchester, the Business Workshops will also come to the London show for the first time, in association with Salon Business Secrets. Run by salon business strategist and coach, Adam Chatterley, these 90-minute workshops give a more in-depth look at key ways to make improvements to your business with one-on-one business advice.
All seminars and live stage sessions are just £5 each (£1 for students and lecturers), Business Workshops are £15 each.
