Charity initiative launches at Dubai’s LIv Nordic Spa & Wellness
Spa management company Raison d’Etre has introduced the Light Lights charitable initiative at its flagship Liv Nordic Spa & Wellness at the Cayan Tower in Dubai.
The initiative is a partnership with the Northern Lights charity, which each year gives children with serious illnesses the opportunity to travel to the Arctic Circle for Christmas.
Liv Nordic is a spa brand under the Raison d’Etre umbrella, offering a wellness concept centred on Nordic health and wellbeing traditions.
The spa at Dubai’s Cayan Tower is the first Liv Nordic spa to launch the initiative, which will see 10% of proceeds from a particular treatment go to the Northern Lights charity.
A different spa treatment will be selected from the menu each quarter, for this purpose. The campaign kicked off on August 1, with the Stillness Massage as the first treatment.
The 120 minute Stillness Massage incorporates a face and scalp massage, a body scrub, and a mindfulness massage. Carolina Moquist, spa director at LivNordic Spa & Wellness, said:
“We are delighted to announce that we have decided to support Northern Lights Children’s Charity – a children’s charity formed to raise funds to give children with life limiting illnesses a unique experience of a very special holiday.”
