Elemis opens Academy of Excellence in London

British skincare Elemis has opened its London-based Academy of Excellence.

The 413sq m training academy is located in Farringdon in central London and comprises six training rooms over two floors. The training rooms include one set aside for international training sessions, both one-to-one and small group sessions, and a room created specifically for retail training.

The academy, which has capacity for up to 60 delegates a day, is the second for Elemis. The brand’s first Academy of Excellence opened in Birmingham in December 2015. 

Training at the new academy will be centred around the Elemis brand identity, which fuses hands-on treatments with the latest technology.

Elements covered will include an understanding of actives and formulations, client retention, closing a sale and carrying out an excellent consultation, among others.
