Essie announces new distribution partnership
US nail brand Essie has teamed up with wholesaler Alan Howard, to oversee the distribution of its products in the north of England and Scotland.
Salon owners and nail techs will now be able to find Essie nail products in all 22 Alan Howard stores across the North. Emma Lynwode, business development manager for Essie UK, said, “We are delighted to be working Alan Howard, who has a fantastic reputation with the hair and beauty industries.
“Nails is a new sector for them and Essie is a brand that they feel complements their existing portfolio of high quality hair and beauty brands.”
To mark the launch of the distribution partnership, Alan Howard business consultants, directors and store managers came together for a one-day event to learn about the brand and its products.
Specialist nail distributor Louella Belle will continue to manage Essie’s accounts in the south of England.
