Europe Hotel & Resort thanks Ireland's frontline workers with ‘50 Stays for 50 Heroes’

The Europe Hotel & Resort in Killarney has launched its biggest ever giveaway to thank Ireland’s frontline workers.

The five-star establishment, which is home to the 50,000 sq ft ESPA at The Europe, is set to reopen on 8 July.

It is asking people to nominate their frontline hero through the hotel’s website for a chance to win one of 50 stays the Co Kerry resort. The stay includes overnight accommodation, breakfast, dinner and champagne.

Not all heroes wear capes and everyone knows a frontline hero, noted The Europe. That person could be could be a mother, father, sibling, spouse, partner, child, aunt, uncle, cousin, neighbour or friend.  

“We have missed our guests and colleagues and cannot wait to reopen our doors,” said Michael Brennan, managing director of Killarney Hotels. “Each of the 50 lucky winners will receive a well-deserved pampering break and it will be our honour to look after them. We are delighted to contribute and say thank you to our frontline workers, and would love to see other hotels and resorts following suit. This time has been incredibly challenging for everyone and we hope that this will make 50 people and their guests very happy.”
