Make-up specialist of the year announced
Kerry Blois, owner of the Diamond Beauty Salon in Rochford, Essex, has won the 2015 English Hair & Beauty Award for Make-Up Specialist of the Year.
Against nine other finalists, Blois’ success was thanks to the number of nominations made from her clients.
Blois said, “I am thrilled to have won Make-up Specialist of the Year 2015. I have been doing make-up professionally since I was 16. I am now 26 and still absolutely love what I do, which includes 50 wedding make-ups a year.”
As her second national award in two years, Blois won ‘Beautician of the Year’ at the same award ceremony the year before.
A stockist of jane iredale, Blois has been working with the make-up brand since 2008, and it is this partnership that Blois claims has “set me apart from the rest.”
