She joins Kohler Waters from The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village, where she was also spa manager. Macleod said: “I am thrilled to join such a prestigious spa team, and it is a fabulous opportunity to work with the very best.
"I see the most important aspect of my role as being able to provide an outrageous, luxury experience for all guests who enter the spa, and this is at the very heart of the Kohler Waters Spa experience.”
David Scott, director of operations at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa, said: “We are thrilled to have Lorna on board. Not only is she an incredibly experienced spa professional, but she is also passionate and enthusiastic about her work.”
