One week left to enter the 2017 Professional Beauty Regional Awards

Entries for the 2017 Professional Beauty Regional Awards close in a week’s time, on Thursday May 11.

The awards, held for the second year running, are open to spas and salons of different sizes, across the UK. 

The awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 – on day one of this year’s Professional Beauty North trade show in Manchester.

The spa categories are divided into eight regions. Spas wishing to compete in the 2018 Professional Beauty national Awards, held in London on Sunday, February 25 next year, must first enter the appropriate regional category.

The winners in each regional category will go straight through to the appropriate category in the national awards. Spas will not be able to enter the national awards directly. The spa categories in the 2017 Professional Beauty Regional Awards are:

1. Scotland Spa of the Year
2. Northern Ireland Spa of the Year
3. Midlands Spa of the Year
4. South East Spa of the Year
5. London Spa of the Year
6. South West & Wales Spa of the Year
7. North East Spa of the Year
8. North West Spa of the Year
   

The Regional Awards also include 14 salon categories across seven regions. The Professional Beauty Regional awards salon categories are:

1. Scotland Boutique Salon of the Year
2. Scotland Large Salon of the Year
3. Northern Ireland Boutique Salon of the Year
4. Northern Ireland Large Salon of the Year
5. Midlands Boutique Salon of the Year
6. Midlands Large Salon of the Year
7. South East Boutique Salon of the Year
8. South East Large Salon of the Year
9. South West & Wales Boutique Salon of the Year
10. South West & Wales Large Salon of the Year
11. North East Boutique Salon of the Year
12. North East Large Salon of the Year
13. North West Boutique Salon of the Year
14. North West Large Salon of the Year

As with the spa categories, all salons wishing to put themselves forward for a national award at next year’s Professional Beauty Awards in London must first enter their respective category in the Regional Awards. 

The Boutique Salon category in the Regional Awards is open to salons with three rooms or fewer. The Large Salon category is designed for salons with four rooms or more.
