Spiezia Organics to expand after winning contract for London hotel

The Cornwall-based skincare company, Spiezia Organics, is planning to expand following the launch of its bespoke luxury amenity range at Brown’s Hotel, Mayfair this April.

With a new range of shampoos, conditioners and body wash products, the organic products will be supplied in the rooms and suites at the hotel.

Amanda Barlow, managing director of Spiezia Organics said, “Our skincare products have been used at the Brown’s Hotel Spa for some time and they love the brand there so they asked us to supply a bespoke luxury organic amenity range for the suites at the hotel."

This new contract, coupled with growing demands from spas, hotels and direct sales worldwide, has lead the brand to expand its manufacturing and product base in Truro.

“We are already in talks with other hotels and businesses as a results”, said Barlow. “We have new products we hope to launch in the next 12 months, and we will be looking to expand our production facilities to manage this."

Spiezia Organics moved into the Truro-based Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre in February 2013. The centre is one of three business acceleration centres in Cornwall operated by Plymouth University on behalf of Cornwall Council to support businesses to grow more quickly.
