The North’s leading beauty event closes its doors after bringing together over 19,000 visitors

Professional Beauty North welcomed 19,411* beauty professionals last weekend (13-14 October) to Manchester Central, coming to see the latest launches and trends from over 400 brands.

Major brands including Elemis, Dermalogica, Gerrard International, Caci, Fake Bake and Nubar reported a successful show, with good quality visitors walking through the doors and keen to invest in their products and services.

Visitors were wowed by the variety of products on offer, finding the show the perfect place to discover, test and compare what the market can offer in one place. The seminar programme which took place on both days of the show featured inspiring speakers talking on the hottest topics whilst the Live Stage allowed visitors to discover new trends and get useful tips to expand their business for free.

 “This is the main event for the northern salons. It was really busy yesterday but managed to get all new stock and products that I need for my nail and tanning salon” said Leanne McGory, Salon Owner at Sparkles, in Lancashire.

Julie Roberts, Owner of Beauty Solutions, in Leeds, said: “It’s been a great show, I come every year. There’s so much going on. There are plenty of talks and demos so there’s always something interesting to see and lots of variety.”

The competition arena was packed full of amazing talent in nails and make-up, showcasing the creativity and technical skills from students and professionals.
