Training is the backbone to Guinot’s success. As a company, Guinot constantly strive to improve training programmes alongside treatments and products to provide the ultimate service. As a global brand, training is of paramount importance for consistency of all treatments and knowledge delivered pertaining to skincare products.
Guinot’s training is delivered at various training venues across the UK and Ireland and we have a team of dedicated Regional trainers to offer in-salon support. Annually, we provide training to over 2000 students offering specific training adapted to the functionality of the beauty salon. From the signature Hydradermie² to the Entre 2 Soins® Method and personnel guidance, we offer training for all requirements reinforced by our e-Training programme soon to launch.
Due to their expertise, international success and to remain at the forefront of the industry, in 2012 the brand opened the Guinot-Mary Cohr Academy - a college dedicated to training future Beauty Therapists in a real life environment located in the centre of Paris. Students can achieve National Diplomas in the Aesthetics and Cosmetics category recognised by the French National Ministry of Education.
In 2015, Guinot will also be offering Business Development Training to help their clients achieve more from their business.
