The winners of the IIAA Salon of the Year Awards 2026 have been announced, recognising skincare professionals, salons and clinics from across the UK and Ireland.
Held on Monday, June 22, at the Rosewood Hotel in Holborn, London, the annual awards welcomed more than 150 skincare professionals to celebrate achievements over the past year and recognise client results delivered across a range of treatment categories.
The ceremony was hosted by broadcaster Zeb Soanes for the sixth consecutive year and featured presentations from skincare professionals sharing business experiences and career journeys.
Business growth and career stories shared at the awards
During the event, DonnaMarie McGrillen, owner of Vermilion Clinic, spoke about the role that community engagement and networking played in growing her business, highlighting the impact of hosting client events and building long-term relationships.
Corinna Tolan of Monica Tolan The Skin Care Experts discussed how embracing social media helped transform her business by consistently showcasing treatments, sharing client results and creating authentic content to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
