Software provider Salon Genius has launched a new software system. The management system, which has been designed to improve the efficiency and profitability of spas and salons and raise customer service standards, gathers customer information into a client profile – allowing spas to better target their marketing and offers.

Other features of the new software include the ability to monitor stock levels to prevent product shortages, using KPIs to track how staff are performing in certain areas and automatic, system generated, rewards for loyal customers.
