Comfort Zone launches business training

Italian skincare brand Comfort Zone has launched business management training programmes for its spa and salon accounts.

The brand held its first two Excellence in Business events in London and Birmingham at the end of May and hosted 40 of its top accounts.

The course was designed by CZ UK country manager Sam Keegan and business trainer Jacqueline Ross and includes training in business analysis, monitoring and measuring tools, sales and marketing and setting goals.

Keegan outlined business training as a key priority when she joined Comfort Zone last year. The Excellence in Business Programme is the first of several new courses she plans to introduce this year. It will be followed by a Sales as Service course, as well as lifestyle seminars incorporating the heritage of Comfort Zone as a lifestyle wellness brand.

Ross, who has worked with many UK salons and spas on a consultancy basis, delivered the first courses at Browns in London and the Hyatt Birmingham.

Keegan said, “I was thrilled with the participation and energy of everyone who attended and couldn’t be happier with the feedback we received. It is a priority for me to provide business support and development at a high level through Comfort Zone to our partners.”
