Kirkcaldy salon picks up Clarins national accolade
Bliss Beauty salon in Whytescauseway in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, has been recognised as Clarins’ Gold Salon of the Year 2014 for its high standard of treatment delivery, customer service and business development.
Salon owner Christine Cunningham and her team scored 94% in the mystery shop test to beat the competition from other leading Clarins’ salons in the country. The salon was scored on the standard of practical treatments, the level of professional advice and client care, the ambience and hygiene, promotional activity and overall business development.
The French skincare brand launched its Gold Salon initiative eighteen years ago, to recognise outstanding quality among its salon accounts. Of its 200 salon accounts in the UK, 80 of them are Gold Salons, and Bliss Beauty had become the 21st business to be awarded the title of Gold Salon of the Year.
