Anne Semonin appoints global director of retail and spa operations
French skincare brand Anne Semonin has named Katherine Connolly global director of retail and spa operations.
Connolly, who was previously international business director for British skincare brand Espa, has 30 years’ spa and beauty industry experience.
Connolly’s career also spans a time with The Soho House Group, where she was part of the team behind the Cowshed brand of day spas and products.
Her role with Anne Semonin will, the company said in a statement, include:
"Being responsible for developing brand strategy, setting up and managing the sales and training teams and developing handling all distributors, spas and concept stores globally”.
Anne Sémonin president Aline Marcadet said of the appointment: “We are delighted to have such a high calibre executive joining our fantastic team.
“I’m sure Katherine’s presence will greatly strengthen the Anne Sémonin brand potential and will help us achieve our aim for the brand: to become a significant world player in the cosmetics and spa market over the few next years.”
