CIDESCO to offer one year's free membership

CIDESCO has launched an offer of one year’s free membership to salons and spas worldwide to help improve industry standards on a global scale.

By granting the opportunity to businesses that originally may have not been able to afford membership, the association is aiming to have the industry operating at the highest level worldwide, through the perks offered by membership.

Provided the business meets the association's entry and inspection requirements, the offer will be available to those who apply for membership during 2017, although they will still be expected to pay the one-off application and inspection fee.

Membersip gives salons and spas global accreditation, use of the CIDESCO logo on marketing material, and access to its global network of beauty and spa professionals, including access to a community of CIDESCO graduates and students studying for diplomas.

Benefits also include access to educational documentation and professional papers through the association's database, invitation to the annual CIDESCO World Congress; and admission to workshops at the National and International Congresses.

Anna-Cari Gund, CIDESCO international president, commented: “There are still many countries even in the developed world where standards are falling short. By bringing together more salons and spas which are operating at the highest level, we hope to attract others to achieve the same.”

A global oragnisation, CIDESCO offers membership across five continents.
