First Westin property to open in Egypt

Starwood Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of The Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa Katameya Dunes in early 2015. The 127-room property, which will also have a  presidential suite, will be located with the Katameya Dunes residential development. 

The hotel will house The Westin’s in-house spa brand Heavenly Spa by Westin, complete with a pool and a fitness centre. Other amenities at the hotel will include a 27-hole championship golf course, a ballroom and a fitness centre. The hotel will offer four dining venues; from an all-day restaurant and a café, to a bar and a lounge.
