Indian Ocean World Travel Awards winners announced

The Ayada Maldives and the Gili Lankanfushi, also in the Maldives, were among the spa winners at the World Travel Awards 2013 Indian Ocean ceremony. Gili Lankanfushi claimed the Indian Ocean’s Leading Spa Resort honour while the Ayada Maldives won Leading Villa Resort & Spa for the Indian Ocean region.
On a national level, the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa won Leading Spa Resort in the Mauritius category, while the Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa took home the same awards for the Seychelles. Honoured once again, the Ayada Maldives was named the island’s Leading Spa Resort, while Villa Hotels received the Maldives Leading Spa Resort Brand award.
