Le Grand Bellevue to offer Alpine yoga retreat

Le Grand Bellevue resort in Gstaad, Switzerland will host a four-night Yoga, Snow & Spa Retreat next month.
The retreat, taking place March 14-18, will be held in partnership with yoga holiday provider Formentera Yoga and led by yoga teacher, author and, Nike Yoga Presenter Jax May Lysycia.
The break has been designed to rejuvenate body and mind and includes morning meditation, dynamic yoga, spine recalibration, posture practices to strengthen muscles and joints, yin yoga and Tibetan breathing classes.
Guests will also be able to ski, and take full advantage of the facilities at the Le Grand Spa. The 2,500sq m spa includes 11 treatment rooms, an ice grotto, a Finnish sauna, a Kneipp pool, a laconium and a Turkish bath.
