Liz McKeon launches The Successful Salon Formula
Business expert Liz McKeon has announced the launch of The Successful Salon Formula, a new international coaching programme for beauty salon owners.
The Successful Salon Formula is made up of the "3G Method", in which McKeon will personally help salon owners to implement and turbocharge their salon by providing training on how to be a great boss, how to have a great client experience every time and how to generate great sales over a six-month period.
Mckeon's 3G Method is made up of five steps – making sure you are a great boss, ensuring you have happy clients every time, growing sales, peak performance and finally taking you to the place of being a successful business owner.
All steps are customisable to suit the salon owner's unique business and needs.
Salon owners taking part will also be invited to join a private Facebook community group with McKeon where they can network with an international community, ask questions to McKeon and community members, and receive regular business-building content.
Each week, McKeon will go through a module from her Online Business Development Virtual Programme (5 modules) with 32 lessons in total.
Participants will also join an interactive ‘ask me anything’ weekly coaching session with McKeon, in which questions asked in the community will form the base of the agenda for each session.
