London beauty students first to pass Cidesco spa diploma
Students from The London School of Beauty and Make-up have become the first in the United Kingdom to pass Cidesco’s Spa Therapy Post Graduate Diploma.
Cidesco (Comité International d’Esthétique et de Cosmétologie) developed the Spa Therapy Post Graduate Diploma in response to the demand to equip students with skills to succeed in the health and wellness industry.
The private beauty school’s chief operating officer Anne Francis said: “We are honoured to have been instrumental in setting a precedent for future therapists and industry professionals, in the field of spa therapy.”
Beauty therapy graduates who undertake this internationally renowned qualification are able to further enhance their skills through natural progression, by gaining a comprehensive knowledge in the history, development, maintenance and management of an operational spa, which can be implemented through industry placement.
