Newly launched facility offers online bookings through Facebook

A new online booking platform for salons and mobile therapists has launched in the UK, allowing small businesses to take online bookings through their Facebook pages.

Book ‘n’ Bloom aims to help salons boost their revenues, through a 24-hour booking facility and support in social media content. Monthly Book'n'Bloom subscriptions start at €9 (£7).

Co-founder of the company Claus Rosenberg said, “Many beauty salons do not see the benefits of the work they are developing on social media because they cannot close sales through it. With this tool, the beauty salon owners can use social conversation to increase loyalty and gain new clients.”

In the future, Book'n'Bloom plans to produce content for salons to share on Facebook in a bid to help then increase their following. This will include trend reports, images, videos, inspirational ideas, applications and competitions.
