Professional Beauty London kicks off today
The UK’s largest trade beauty show has opened its doors at London ExCeL today with hoards of salon and spa owners eager to check out the latest launches, industry trends and training opportunities.
Professional Beauty London is taking place today (Sunday 22) from 10am and Monday February 23 at London ExCeL and is this year hosting standalone events for hair and organics as well as showcasing some of the biggest names in professional skincare, nails, tanning, make-up, equipment, and more.
With over 800 professional brands coming together, visitors can check out all the newest launches from big name brands such as Elemis, Clarins, OPI, CND, Fake Bake, Caci and Jessica. See full exhibitor list here.
Skin-tightening machines, long-lasting nail polishes, products targeting pigmentation and bespoke blending are among the launches visitors can expect to see this weekend.
Check out Louella Belle’s major new brand Salt of the Earth on J4. The US spa brand involves bespoke blending of scrubs and creams for mani, pedi and body treatments.
Visit Caci on stand N12 to check out its new generation Skin Breeze device, which introduces ozone therapy technology to the machine’s repertoire, adding skin tightening to its treatment portfolio.
Leading skincare houses Elemis and Dermalogica are unveiling new ranges that are specifically formulated to help brighten skin and prevent the appearance of age spots. Check out stands V12 and S4 respectively.
Longer lasting nail products that bridge the gap between polish and gel-polish are set to take the market by storm in 2015, so pop long to Jessica’s stand on K4 to see its smart colour formulation that promises week-long wear without the need for curing under a lamp.
The show also plays host to the Professional Spa & Wellness Convention, where top-level spa executive from around the world descend on London to network and discuss best practice.
The International Manufacturers & Distributors Forum will host the major names in cosmetics production and distribution discussing worldwide challenges and opportunities.
