Raison d’Etre to offer online spa management course

Swedish spa consultancy Raison d’Etre is set to launch its first online spa management course in English this October.
The course has six online modules covering finance, leadership and strategic planning, PR and marketing, human resources, service quality management excellence, and writing a business plan.
The company, which is divided into three branches – education, ownership and consultancy – first launched an online course earlier this year in Swedish having conducted class-lead courses through its education division for the past eight years.
Anna Bjurstam, managing director of Raison d’Etre, said: “The course comes at a time when many emerging markets are increasing their interest in spa and wellness.”
She added that the course objective is to help enhance wellness within a sustainable and profitable framework.
