Salon & Spa Networking Lunch launches at Professional Beauty London 2019
The Salon & Spa Networking Lunch will run from 12pm to 2:30pm on Sunday 24th February at Professional Beauty London 2019, which takes place at ExCeL London.
Attendees will join round table discussions to share their challenges and ideas with fellow participants, with a view to gaining valuable insight and solutions for their business as well as supporting others in the industry. Discussions will be focused on five central topics and attendees will take part in two of the following:
Staff recruitment and retention
Retention marketing to improve customer loyalty
Retailing – tried and true retail strategies to increase revenue
How to differentiate from the competition
Operations and finance – mastering your P&L and boosting your profits
Some of the experts that will be hosting the round table discussions include: Stefania Rossi, salon owner and founder of recruitment platform, Hidden Talent; Susan Routledge, salon business consultant and Sara Shoemark, owner of GLOW Beauty.
In addition to the round tables, there will be a Champagne reception to give operators an opportunity to speak one-on-one with fellow industry figures – a chance to build connections and reflect on the structured discussions.
Tickets cost £25 + VAT each and include lunch, a Champagne reception and a goody bag from the sponsors of the event.
