Salon Evolution welcomes new trainers to the team

Business development and marketing agency Salon Evolution has welcomed two new training coaches to its team to assist with salon business growth.

Entrepreneur Suzanne Howe and beauty therapist Kelly Foulger will be providing practical training, professional development and education to a range of salons in the UK and internationally.

Together they will be bringing a wealth of experience to the role – Foulger has spent the past four years in salon management, training staff in consultations, retailing and customer service, while Howe has developed her own product range, which she has successfully marketed and sold.

Foulger said: “The business has fine-tuned its coaches with an incredible skill set that allows us to personalise the service we provide to every salon. As a result, we don’t tell managers how to run their business; instead we tailor the required training, which successfully runs alongside a salon’s own ideas, procedures and culture”.
