Salon System, which boasts lash, wax and nail products, sold to US firm PDC Brands

Original Additions – the company behind Salon System which boasts lash, wax and nail products, and consumer brands Eylure and Elegant Touch – has been sold to US-based beauty and personal care firm PDC Brands.

The company was previously owned by a mid-market private equity firm called LDC, which helped establish the brands in popular US retailers including Walmart, Target and Ulta. PDC Brands owns a portfolio of mass-market beauty and personal care brands in the US and more than 50 markets globally, including Body Fantasies, Bodycology and Dr Teal’s.

Salon System offers an extensive range of professional products include Naturalash, Just Wax and Gellux Gel Polish.
