Session tech Stephanie Staunton seeks techs to join record-breaking attempt

Session tech Stephanie Staunton will attempt to break the Guinness world record for the number of nails shaped and painted in 8 hours, in aid of mental health.

Staunton, with the help of a team of techs, is attempting to shape and paint 6,078 sets of nails for the organisation she founded, Nailing Mental Health. The number is significant as it represents the number of recorded suicides in the UK and ROI in 2015.

The public are invited to donate £5 for a shape and polish, with all proceeds going to Nailing Mental Health and mental health charity Mind.

The event will take place at The Intercontinental Hotel at the O2 in London on April 2 from 10:00-18:30. Staunton has secured sponsorship from brands including OPI, Bio Sculpture and Brillbird, and is seeking techs to join the team. Find out more about the event and how to join up on the Nailing Mental Health tech-only Facebook group, here, or event page here
