Sweet Squared’s “The Event” returns
Leeds-based, award-winning beauty distributor, Sweet Squared, is bringing together nails, hair, and beauty for their fifth instalment of “The Event”.
Sweet Squared are the exclusive distributor of brands including CND, Kevin.Murphy, Epres, Lashus and Showpony, and The Event will give professionals an opportunity to interact with their favourite brands, alongside discovering new brands and recent launches in a completely unique and immersive setting.
The Event is set to combine education, networking, and a celebration of our industry across a two-day event, taking place Sunday May 21 – Monday May 22 at The Vox, Birmingham.
Over the two days, visitors can take part in a jam-packed schedule full of workshops, keynote speakers and demos, with an evening including an extravagant showcase, partying, and street food.
There will be activity across all sectors, with something for every nails, hair and beauty professional. The Event will feature an abundance of knowledge from some of the biggest names in the industry, and a timetable crammed with education opportunities.
The line-up of guest speakers includes Jan Arnold, the co-founder and style director of CND, and Samuel and Samantha Sweet, co-founders of Sweet Squared.
Celebrity nail artist and session manicurist Marian Newman will also be there, drawing on her unparalleled bank of Fashion Week experience.
The two-day event will also feature Liza Smith, a celebrity nail tech whose clients include Victoria Beckham and Naomi Campbell, who helps build salon businesses for nail professionals.
On Sunday May 21, visitors will see a dramatic and diverse catwalk show featuring industry legends, front-row seats and innovative hair and beauty looks, complete with the live demos of how to achieve them.
