The Grand Hyatt Shenyang opens

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts has opened its first property in northeast China, the Grand Hyatt Shenyang. The new-build hotel, located in a 29-storey tower, contains 353 guestrooms and 34 suites.
The hotel features eights restaurants, including three Chinese restaurants, all-day dining venue the Café Kitchen, Italian restaurant Il Forno and The Lounge, serving afternoon tea. Wellness facilities at the hotel include the six-treatment-room Qui Spa, a fitness centre and a 25-metre indoor swimming pool.
Christopher Koehler, vice president of operations, China, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, said: “The opening of Grand Hyatt Shenyang expands our brand presence in China and supports our development strategy of building in key gateway cities and markets where our guests are traveling.”
