Spanish professional skincare brand Germaine de Capuccini has announced a leadership change as it advances its international growth strategy
Germaine de Capuccini Beauty Group has appointed Anke Menkhorst as its new chief executive officer, marking the next step in the company’s goal of becoming a global leader in professional skincare.
Menkhorst, who is of Dutch origin, brings over 20 years of international management experience in global beauty companies across Spain, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.
She joins the business from Douglas Group, one of Europe’s leading luxury beauty retailers, where she served as senior vice president of global marketing.
At Douglas, Menkhorst played a key role in the group’s transformation, developing a unified brand identity and implementing a fully integrated omnichannel marketing strategy across multiple markets.
Additionally, Germaine de Capuccini confirmed that Ana Pons, currently general manager, will remain in a senior leadership role as executive director of global operations. The company said her continued involvement will be central to supporting the brand’s global growth and operational excellence.
