Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa reopens following renovations

The historic Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa in Bath has re-opened following a multi-million pound renovation. The 45-room and suite Georgian property has been given an extensive décor overhaul by Somerset-based designer Jane Clayton.

The spa has been revamped by spa design and consultancy firm Spa Creators, with design elements including the use of wood, slate and bamboo pebble. A number of new packages have also been introduced as part of the re-launch, including the One Night Spa Break and Fabulous Four packages.

The One Night Spa Break includes overnight accommodation, a one-hour spa treatment and a two-course lunch. The Fabulous Four offers groups of four the opportunity to enjoy the sauna and steam room facilities and have a facial or massage, as well as a mini manicure or pedicure and either lunch or afternoon tea. The package costs from £299 for a group of four.

Facilities at the spa include eight treatment rooms, a 12-metre heated pool, a hammam, a gym and hot tubs. Brands used at the spa include Espa and CND.
