Hard Rock International to open first hotel in Europe

Hard Rock International is set to open its first European hotel, the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, in May 2014. Two existing Fiesta Hotels & Resorts properties, Club Don Toni and Hotel Don Toni, will be merged into a new property, featuring 480 rooms and 235 suites.
The hotel will contain spa and fitness facilities in the shape of the Rock Spa and the Body Rock fitness centre. Other property amenities will include two pools, complete with bars, a kids’ club, a special area for teens and a beach club.
The lobby at the remodelled hotel will join the two previous Fiesta Hotels and will include a range of shopping, dining and entertainment outlets. Live music and DJ performances will take place at the hotel, with space for 2,500 spectators at the main outdoor pool stage.
The Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will be developed in collaboration with the Palladium Hotel Group, to which Fiesta Hotels & Resorts belongs, and will add to Hard Rock’s 17 existing hotels in locations including Bali, Cancun, Macau, Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas.
