Hilton to open property on Qatar's Salwa beach
Hilton Worldwide has announced plans for a 257-acre property on Qatar’s Salwa beach. The hotel will form part of a larger development that will also comprise a waterpark, a cinema, a marina, a yacht club, a dive centre and retail outlets, among other amenities.
The 362 rooms at the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas will include 246 rooms, 35 suites and a range of family villas. The property will also house a 2,800sq m health club and spa, a number of outdoor pools, 13 bars, restaurants and lounges and 3,500sq m of meeting and events space.
