International Spa & Wellness Knowledge Center to hold inaugural event

The newly formed International Spa & Wellness Knowledge Center (ISWKC) will host its first event, Follow the Customer Journey, this September.

Taking place at Dutch wellness resort Thermae 2000 on September 26-27, the event aims to bring the industry together to share financial data and foster a better understanding of the mechanisms of guest psychology. 

Follow the Customer Journey is the inaugural ISWKC event and will include a presentation by Camiel Eurlings, executive vice president of Air France and managing director of KLM and one-on-one business meetings between attendees.
 
The ISWKC was set up by Robert Teulings and Pauline Verhoef, director and commercial director of Thermae 2000, and Damien Tamisier, chief executive of spa and wellness software company DIMMbizz, to promote the sharing of knowledge and information within the spa and wellness industry.
 
The independent body aims to help the industry grow by making key market insight and data available to operators.
