Ispa Innovate Awards winners announced

Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat in Australia, Ojai Valley Inn & Spa in California and brands Coola Suncare and Resort Suite are among the winners of this year’s Ispa Innovate Awards.

For the first time, the International Spa Association (Ispa) this year divided the awards into three categories: business practices, experiences and products. 

Gwinganna and Ojai were two of the recipients of the Experiences Innovate Awards, while Coola won a Business Practices Innovate Awards and Resort Suite was named a Product Innovate Awards winner.  

Ispa president Lynne McNees said: "Innovation is the driving force behind growth in the spa industry.” 

Other winner included Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa in California and East Village Spa in Iowa, both in the Business Practices category, The Spa at Pinehurst in North Carolina and Montage Resort & Spa in California, in the Experiences category, and skincare brands Osea and Mio - in the Product category.
