Neal’s Yard Remedies launches first overseas retreat
Natural and organic brand Neal’s Yard Remedies is launching its first overseas retreat at the four-star Hotel Vivenda Miranda on Portugal’s Algarve coast.
The seven-day retreat, which will comprise wellness consultations, nutritional advice, qigong and medication classes and a cooking workshop, will take place October 11-18.
Experts teaching at the retreat will include nutritionist Daphne Lambert, founder of the Greencuisine Trust, a charity focused on a sustainable relationship with food, and Susan Curtis, natural health director at Neal’s Yard Remedies.
Curtis said: “We’ve always been passionate about transforming people’s lives, by empowering them to live more healthily. This is our first ever retreat, and an amazing opportunity for us to inspire others to lead a happier and healthier life – we hope it is the first of many."
