PB review: Glitter Lips

The Professional Beauty team has reviewed the newest must have beauty item, Glitter Lips, available at Professional beauty North this October.

Glitter Lips is the newest must have beauty item. With 8hrs wear, you can drink, eat and party without losing any of your shine. BeautyMART has already snapped it up, which supply Topshop (Oxford Street) and Harvey Nichols (Knightsbridge). Glitter Lips has also been featured on “This Morning”, as well as many top UK Magazines. Beauty bloggers, in the UK and US have loved the Glitter Lips product, including an amazing beauty review from Jaimie Hilfiger (Tommy Hilfiger’s neice).
Review
Application: Easy. Simply use the glue applicator to apply the glue like a lipgloss paying careful attention to follow the natural lip line. Wait for the glue to turn from white to clear, dip the applicator in the pot of glitter and carefully pat on to the lip. When an even coverage has been achieved, use the brush to dust away any excess glitter and it is done. Surprisingly, there was no fall down of glitter and no mess!
Removal: Use an oil based make up remover to remove with a cotton pad, after easy removal apply lip balm to moisturise the lips.
Overall: Great product. Looked fantastic, stayed on all evening and considering the staying power of this product, it was also easy to remove.
